Woodstock Porch

The Woodstock Porch embraces the Dutch typology featuring a shared central access point and accommodating eight apartments per block. What sets this design apart is the inclusion of two terraces per apartment, a distinctive feature that allows both bedrooms as well as dining and living room to open to outdoor spaces. The central access point is equipped with a staircase and an elevator, while also offering additional storage space for the apartments. The Woodstock Porch is ideal for urban areas as a stand-alone structure or as part of an existing four storey row.
